Monkey Forest

The Ubud Monkey Forest lies within the village of Padangtegal, which owns it. The village's residents view the Monkey Forest as an important spiritual, economic, educational, and conservation center for the village. There are many of a point of interest that you can see here. Other than around 700 monkeys, you also can see 186 species of trees in 12.5 hectares of forest, where will allow you to get an abundant of fresh air.

Tirta Empul

The Pura Tirta Empul is a Hindu temple on the Indonesian island of Bali. This was built in the year 962 during the Warmadewa dynasty. The temple is known for its sacred water from a nearby source which is used for cleansing rituals. The name "Tirta Empul" means "crystal clear stream", which signifies that it is used as holy water for religious ceremonies.

Dirty Duck Diner - Bebek Bengil

Bebek Bengil means the Dirty Duck Diner, and the anglicized name is used by locals and tourists alike.  The whole menu here is almost entirely dedicated to the humble duck—crispy fried duck, duck in chili sauce, duck fried rice—but the specialty, smoked duck, has to be ordered 24 hours in advance. Smothered in Balinese spices and wrapped in betel leaves, it is slowly smoked for a whole day.

The Blanco Renaissance Museum is an unofficial landmark in Ubud, the house and studio of the late flamboyant Philippine-born maestro, Don Antonio Blanco. The private residence and lavish studio has guided tours of the facility, with the artist’s family members hosting you if you’re lucky.
